A former Communications Lead on the Horizon 2020 EU project, OpenNext, Miriam has worked intimately with open-source hardware development from perspectives covering technical documentation, collaborative development, community-led innovation, business development and monetization.

I am an assistant professor (tenured) at the Physics department of Utrecht University. I am a member of KNAW De Jonge Akademie and a fellow at the Center for Unusual Collaborations.
